How do I get a quote?

How do I make a booking?

Once you have a quote via our online request a quote form, call the office on 0800 0321 067 and a member of our booking team will arrange a date at a location that is convenient for you, be it your work or your home.

How long will the repair take?

Repairs can vary in length of time. We advise to make sure that you allow us to have your vehicle for at least 4 hours to ensure the technician will have enough time to carry out the work.

Where can my vehicle be repaired?

We can come to almost all locations to carry out your repairs, be it your home or work address. One of the only things that we require is the space for us to carry out the repair. We need to be able to work in a safe working environment where our technician can work around your vehicle and erect a 3m by 2m marquee.

What type of damage can be repaired?

How do I make a payment?

Upon booking you will receive an email confirming the details of your appointment and within that will be a link that will take you to our secure payment system, powered by Barclaycard. This allows you make your payment 24/7, in the comfort of your own home. We accept all major credit and debit cards apart from Amex.

Is the repair guaranteed?

Yes, all Shine! repair work comes complete with a Lifetime Guarantee.

Do I need to tell you the colour of my car?

No. All technicians carry a paint scheme on their vans, similar to one that you would see in a bodyshop. With a piece of software, we get your colour code directly from your vehicle, enter it onto the software which provides us with a formula. This then allows us to mix the paint on site.

Do I need to give access to power or water?

This is not essential as all Shine! Vehicles are fully equipped with everything needed to carry out the repair.

What if it’s raining on the day of my booking?

No problem, all Shine! Vehicles are fully equipped with a 2 metre by 3 metre marquee to fully enclose the vehicle.

Do you need access to my vehicle?

Yes.  Some cars have alarms that could go off when we are carrying out the repair. Also, depending on where the repair is on your vehicle we may need to open the doors to mask off the car.

Do I need to be available for the whole repair?

No. All you need to be is present for the start of the repair and be available at the end of the repair so the technician can hand the vehicle back.

Can I drive my car after the repair?

Yes. After we have carried out the repairs you can drive your vehicle with no issues. However please visit our aftercare section on the website for more information.
